Unity is honored to have dedicated professional people answering God's call to share their talents to serve on the Board of Trustees. The Board is responsible for the administrative business of the church. Their roles and responsibilities are detailed in the Unity Fort Lauderdale Bylaws. They make recommendations and decisions which support the vital life of the church and such issues which are in the highest and best interest of the church community. They work consistently with Unity principles.

Martha is a thirty year (currently retired) law enforcement professional, specializing in crime victim services, crisis intervention and management. Her current role is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and she owns her own business providing grief and loss counseling and education. Martha has been a Unity Fort Lauderdale member for five years and served as Lead Chaplain. She also works in outreach for the First Responder Recovery Program in Fort Lauderdale.
Tim Palleschi, Secretary 954-804-4455
Tim has 20 years of experience in the field of printing, graphics, sales, customer service and marketing management. Tim currently works as a Medical Device Representative offering solutions to doctors and patients. Tim volunteers his time in the community tutoring students, serves at the church on the Lighting & Media team and brings his broad business experience to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees.
Jerome Rigoroso, Board Member 561-870-5256
Jerome has been sharing his time and creative gifts with Unity of Fort Lauderdale since 2006. He has been an active Prayer Chaplain for the last four years. He relocated from Yonkers, New York to Fort Lauderdale in 1995, attended The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Animation. With several careers under his belt, Jerome is currently employed as a motion graphics designer.

Patricia has been an active member of Unity Church of Fort Lauderdale for over 12 years. She has owned a successful business in the hospitality renovation industry for over 30 years and brings that experience to the Board. She is inspired by the Unity message of love, hope, and an abundance of all things good through God.
Kay Vogt, Board Member
Kay has been an enthusiastic and grateful member of UOFL since moving to this area from Provincetown, MA over ten years ago. She has served on the usher team, assisted in the office and participated in various committees. A US Navy veteran, Kay looks forward to being a member of the board to further fulfill her sense of service to our Church. She brings with her over thirty years of experience in the corporate world, where she held numerous roles in training, management and the development of new products for the telecommunications industry before retiring in 1995. She looks forward to collaborating with other board members to ensure the continued growth and development of UOFL.
